Life can feel busy and out of control at times. This class outfits individuals with tools and training for learning how to live a balanced life (heart, soul, strength, and mind) in our ever-changing world. A balanced life begins with a self-assessment that provides the individual with snapshot of the whole person balance and suggests ways for living a balanced life.
