Children's Events

This class is for any child, in grades 4 through 6, who wants to know more about Jesus, how to have a personal relationship with Him, or to follow Christ in baptism. At least one parent will need to attend the class with his or her child. This class is usually offered one time a month at each campus. Registration is required.

Extreme Week is a full week of creative teaching, amazing children's worship, fun crafts, and, of course, messy games, all for the purpose of learning more about having a relationship with Jesus. Extreme Week is for 3 year-olds through grade 3 and happens each year in June. Registration is required.

Summer camp is a life-changing experience every summer for students in grades 4-6. This full week of outdoor adventure, high energy, and teaching will create memories that will last a lifetime. Camp happens each year in June. Registration is required. Space is limited.

These are connection events for families to enjoy memorable experiences while building relationships and discovering and developing in Christ together. These events are offered at various campuses throughout the year.

The Family Dedication Service is an annual event in which families and parents dedicate themselves to raising their child(ren) up in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. It is a promise, based out of Deuteronomy 6 that says as parents, they will commit to putting Christ as the center of their household and give their child(ren) the best opportunity to know Jesus as both Lord and Savior. In turn, we, the church promise to partner with parents in this journey and support them through the ministries of Central Christian Church. Registration is required.  We have postponed this year's service until we can gather together on our campuses.

Legacy Adventure Trips are weekend trips that are a great opportunity for dads to connect with their son(s) & daughter(s) through outdoor activities such as outdoor hiking, ropes, tools, guns, fishing, hunting, building things (birdhouses), bows/arrows, and outdoor first aid/survival skills. At night we teach the kids how to cook, clean, make fires, life lessons, and how to enjoy eating under the stars in God's country. Registration is required.

From your child’s birth to high school graduation and beyond, Central believes partnering with parents is a vital part of our ministry. We, as a church, strive to serve and equip families with age-appropriate settings to teach children, students, and young adults about Jesus. These include environments for nursery, preschool, elementary, jr. high, high school, and college/young professionals. As a child moves up from one environment to the next, we at Central want to commemorate this Launch into their next stage of life! Every spring we celebrate Launch Weekend to kick-off summer programming, so children and students can acclimate and be ahead of the game when school begins in the fall.
