ACTS - Mesa Serving Day

The mission of the ACTS Homeless Ministry is to reach out and serve the homeless and working poor in our community with love, respect, and acceptance, and to provide for their physical and spiritual needs in order to show the love of Christ.

New volunteers have the opportunity to assist in several areas, including:

• Greeting guests, taking prayer requests and offering fellowship
• Serving meals
• Assisting as a shower attendant in the men’s and women’s facilities
• Assembling toiletry kits for men and women
• Providing haircuts for guests
• Sorting and distributing clothing

When: Saturday, April 18

Time: Check-In at 7:00 AM; Serve from 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Where: Mesa Campus: Gym

Important Information: Families are welcome to volunteer together. For the safety and comfort of all participants, children under the age of 12 must remain accompanied by an adult at all times.
