Merry and Bright Christmas Market Vendor Registration
We are so excited you will be joining us as a vendor at the Merry and Bright Christmas Market. Please read through the following important information regarding your space and participation:
Vendor Fee: $45; Includes 10 x 10 Vendor Space Only. You are responsible for all items necessary to set-up your assigned space.
Set-up for the Merry and Bright Christmas Market starts promptly at 7:00 AM. Please have your set-up completed and ready when doors open at 10:00 AM.
Breakdown will begin at 2:00 PM and is expected to be done by 4:00 PM.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The Merry and Bright Event Team has sole discretion of vendor placement and reserves the right to change space assignments, as necessary.
• Your space assignment will be provided when you check in on the morning of December 7. We will not be able to provide space changes the day of the event.
• This is a family friendly event; ALL decorations and goods for sale need to be family friendly. The Merry and Bright Event Team will be onsite the day of and reserves the right to ask vendors to remove items that we deem are inappropriate for the event.
• You are responsible for your own purchase transactions including taking payment and providing change.
• All items being sold MUST be available to take home by purchaser at the event.
• You are free to capture customer info for future follow-up. Please know if you plan to do so via raffle, you are responsible for contacting the winner.
• You will receive digital promotional material via email to help promote this event.
• By completing the registration form and paying your vendor fee, you are acknowledging and agreeing to comply with these guidelines. Once your fee is paid in full, you will receive a confirmation email that will serve as your receipt and reservation for your vendor spot.
