STUDY DESCRIPTION:

We are embarking on an Old Testament adventure like no other! Hosea is a prophet to the kingdom of Israel, a man who seeks to bring the message of the Lord to the people, and God asks him to marry, Gomer, a prostitute.

Join us as we study the book of Hosea, and learn about the relationship between Hosea and Gomer, her unfaithfulness and rejection, his love and covenant for her while discovering the bigger message found in this book: God’s commitment to Israel. Like Gomer, Israel is unfaithful and sinful, full of lust for idols of the world. And yet God is forever faithful to His people even when they completely betray Him. But even more than that, Hosea is reflection of God’s love for us. We constantly turn our backs on Jesus, and still He relentlessly pursues us with His unconditional love. Come with us as we learn more about God’s relentless and loving pursuit of us.
