The progress of my rehab post total knee replacement is not where the Doctor hoped for me to be. There is too much scar tissue, so have to go inTuesday to be put under and the knee bent until the scar tissue is torn, and then hit the physical therapy, hard. It is going to be very painful so pray for me.
